3910 kitchen slide
Boy o Boy o boy. Taking our 3910 out on a weekend shake out. I open the slides out and go outside to continue setting up and DW says to me there is a small tear under the kitchen slide. Sure enough there are a couple little tears. Felt under the slide and nothing felt out of the ordinary. Its not like I sit on them and ride them in and out for funnzys. Not sure Keystone will ever get things right. Not sure if the slide is out of adjustment that should have been taken care off before it left the plant or if the dealer should check. All i know is we took delivery last saturday and I'm about ready to buy one more item for the coach, A FOR SALE SIGN. There now I feel better

The bad side of buying a new unit, regardless of brand, is making the necessary fixes caused by poor workmanship, poor dealer prep, poor PDI by the buyer, or just bad luck. Things get missed by everyone. I am sure once you get thru that process you will be happy with the 3910. I am working thru a couple of fixes on our 3910 as well. Delamination of a cargo door, which is on order thru the dealer under warranty of course. Broken hinges on the front door which is not yet resolved. Other than that, we are pretty happy with the quality of the build. PS: hope you did something about those cheap E Load tires that came standard. I found them on line for $71.00 a pop. Held my breath until I got them replaced.

It will get better. Once everything is up to snuff these are really go rigs.

Even if it turns out to be an easy fix/adjustment by your dealer it is still a hassle dealing with it.....I feel your pain.

You don't have very good luck with kitchen slides. Maybe you need to find somewhere else to hide your gold
