Replacing day-night shade?

I am replacing the Day-night shade that is near our desk. It is about 28" X 24"--not that large. Question--how to remover the valance (?) that covers the top of the shade. I have not figured out how the valance is attached--it extends under a cabinet and maybe attached there. Our is a 2006 Monty--3475. OK--I will get my headlight and begin searching--some clues would be appreciated.

With your fingertips feel the top/inside of it. Will probably feel a screw head on each end. Will likely be the square type "slot" in the head like most everything else on your fiver.

The screws are well hidden. You will probably need a flashlight and stand on your head to look up under the valance. Been several years since I had on off but seems like there were more than two screws on mine.

All I have seen are mounted with a "L" bracket. Usually 1 or 2 screws on the coach and valance. I removed the bottom screws and brought the valance down.

Yes, a little light and the misplaced or out of place screws that hold everything together appeared. So, the valance is removed and the DN shade is out. Should be not problem replacing everything. Thanks for info!
