Very Poor Repair Service
This is about service that I received from Mike Thompson R V Service Department in California. The Dreded wish I never took it there.
My last three were very incomplete and unsatisfactory. the service writer does not follow through letting you know what is happining if you call and leave her a message on voice mail that is where it will stay. they had mine for a week this last time and completed 2 items, 2 are on back order which is OK, the awning they gave me a snow job and I am not buying it I still say that the spring is to tight causing the fabrick to distort when retracted. and they created a problem they gouged my Montana decal on the bedroom slid they now have to purchase a complete Montana decal, they must have leaned a ladder agenst the unit and it must have moved while they were on it. the other thing that get my hair up is they were in our bedroom sliding closet. And yes I did close and LOCK it. I do that with everything being a Locksmith it comes with the territory. I had no work in that area of the trailer.
In a nutshell I had a bad experance with MT RV.
