I got a surprise today!
When I went out on my front porch (working night shift) I found a box from Burlington Graphics. It was the complete order that I had placed. They sent it to me without my card information. I called them and made arrangements for payment which was what I had been previously told. The order was for all of the graphics with the exception of the stripes which I didn't need anyway.

I wasn't going to purchase the Montana graphics but decided that it would be better to change them all in case another MOC'er seen us on the road they could at least tell it was a Montana at a distance.

Anyway, I'm a happy camper today!
Thank you Kristin!!!!!

Tried to call this number today and got a recording that stated “First Angelical Free Church” instead of Burlington Graphics. Anyone know what their number is now or what is going on with that?

Are you ordering replacement graphics to serve as a back-up for your replacement graphics??

Not exactly, one of them had a tear in it. They are replacing the bad one.

Well I’m off for the weekend. We’re going to Greenbo. Have you guys been out yet this year?

I emailed Burlington and Kristen wrote me back pretty quick. Her email address is: kristin.kapellusch@burlingtongraphics.com

In her email she to me:
Please send me the following information so I can look into getting you replacement decals for the parts that are peeling on your RV:

Name, phone number and address (no PO boxes, please!)
Pictures of the decals that are peeling
The Date of Manufacture of your RV (found on the faceplate that has the VIN number)

I emailed her and within a couple of weeks the decals were at my doorstep.
Thanks to all of your imput my problem was taken care of!!

That is great! We are going to need some graphics on our 05 within the next year or so. Ours are currently beginning to peel on the edges and flake off. It is strange that we keep it inside a total covered area and the only exposure is when we are on the road. Who will apply the graphics and wonder how you remove the old ones??

Just clean where the old ones where real good before applying them. I haven't put ours on yet but I plan on doing one last cleaning with alchol where they will go just before they are put on.

Be sure to take a pencil or something and mark the location of the old graphics. This will at least make it a little easier for centering and alignment. My experience with boat decals also leads me to advise you to start in the middle of the graphic and work in one direction to the end, then return to the middle and work your way out on the other end. Be sure to iron out any air bubbles as you go. Removal can be done with a hair dryer and "goo gone" or similar.

Our neighbor brought over a box from burlington graphics it had been at his house since December while we were in Florida. At the Sept Fall rally I had the Burlingtone guy look at all the side graphics tree branches had tore up and said I would buy all the damaged ones. He said he would take care of it. The invoice in the box says 0.0.
