Good Dealer Response

As many of you know I'm an advocate of selecting a dealer that responds to his/her clients. Today my dealer (Ketelsen's RV of Hiawatha, IA -- a suburb of Cedar Rapids, IA) was busy in all bays but got me in to fix a leak which was caused by a bad gasket around the door. In addition, the technician removed the grey tank that he installed four weeks ago because he didn't like the way it fit. Keystone sent him the wrong tank the first time.

I discussed with the owner my interest in recommending his dealership for repairs for people traveling. My direct question was, "If I recommend your dealership to some of my MOC friends who are traveling, would you get them in for their repairs." He said, "Absolutely, and tell them that you sent them." So if any of you are traveling through Iowa and need repairs, drop in at this dealership and tell them that Orv Schinke recommended you.

This is a dealer whose technicians do outstanding work and they are proud of it. It's a very person oriented dealership.

If you would like directions directly to the dealership, send me a PM.

Thanks very much for taking the time and interest to not only post this but to check with the dealership on our MOC behalf.
It's good to know there's a dealer that will work with us and it's good to know there's a MOCer who helps make it happen.
Keep up the good work.

You are very lucky to have such a dealer. I've yet to find one and have become a bit jaded with dealerships in general. Thanks for passing along the recommendation!
