Sanitized Water System

Did the bleach thing and flushed the tank and lines with fresh water.
I'm ready to put some water in the tank as we are ready to travel.
I did a seach and had no luck but I remember something about turning on hot water faucets to get air out of the water heater.

Do I open the overflow valve on the heater or just open the faucets in the bathroom.

Thanks

Ray

I always open the faucet just because the overflow valve often does not re-seat good. Then you have a drip in the water heater compartment.

According to the procedure I followed, just opening the faucets should suffice. It said nothing that I needed to do about opening any other valve. That should do it.
