I think I missed a turn!

It's was Thursday last week, I arrived at the Trinity Center KOA in Trinity Center California. Checked in and got my map. Somewhere in the next twenty minutes, I managed to get deep, some 300 yards deep into "tent section" of the park before two trees pinned me in! Now along the way I was amazed how well I got passed the various super tight obstacles I was confronted with, without once thinking I was wrong. Never seeing the bright yellow signs, warning me of my impending folly! That's when I decided to get out and see why I could get by these two magnificent trees? That's when that sinking sick feeling hit me! Remembering I had a cellphone, I called the office for help. "Why you drive in there" first question out of the managers mouth. "You can't park in there" ! I bit my tongue and asked for assistance, to the sound of my story being repeated in the office! "He got all the way to tent sight 131.....ha ha". My backup cameras cord was broken in a recent mishap and my rear view camera was not working. After I sat a few minutes I remember my Jedi training. "Luke...if you get get trailer in to a spot, you can get it out"! Yes, yes I can...So I started backing, get out look, back, get out look.... Then the nicest guy ever from KOA stopped in his golf cart! He saw the progress I made. Hour ten minutes later, I was out. Only lost a mud flap on a stump! He knew how to direct me and he called me an excellent driver! What a team! He then made me follow him to my "pull through"! It was later in the day, I went to office for ice. When I walked inside everyone applauded! Nice lady said, early in year to have the seasons best story! Lol.

Good story! Most of us have inadvertently gotten caught up in tight places.

Always good to hone your backing skills.

You probably won't need to practice backing again this year

Yep, I think you'll get the award for funniest human drama story of the year with that one. The wife was just looking around to figure out why the monte had a little shake to it...I was laughing quietly about this one. John

Havassu City ,AZ at night. Two lane road. Found ourselves looking at the locked gate of the city landfill. We got out analyzed the situation and both Helen and I agreed there was not enough room to turn round. Backing about 4 miles was out of the question. Well said I we have got to turn round.Helen outside with a flashlight and me at the wheel. We were not jack knifed we were V knifed. I could not believe we did it. Took about 1/2 hour.

I happens to all of us sooner or later. You done good.

Sitting in a campground, a campground employee is guiding a SOB fifth wheel, traps the unit between two trees. We all pulled out our lawn chairs and watched as they brought out a chainsaw and took down one of the trees to free the unit. Terrific show.

Charlie: Tell him, Ray.

Raymond: K-Mart sucks.

Raymond: Dad lets me drive slow on the driveway. But not on Monday, definitely not on Monday.
