We are still looking for Volunteers to take the Coordinator positions for the following areas:

Being a newby to the fall rally, I can only guess what some of these volunteer positions would involve. How about posting a brief description of what a "Water & Ice" coordinator would involve.

The Water and Ice Coordinator is responsible for keeping the bottled water and ice available in the coolers for the attendees use during the Rally. The Water and Ice will be furnished by MOC and all you have to do is ask for members to bring their larger coolers to the Rally for use in the large tent. Only two or three large coolers are needed!

Also last year we had a small cooler in the small tent for those events. Easy task.. Just keep the coolers full of ice and bottled water.
