The orange truck

Hello moc-ers,
If you are going down the highways or back roads to your next location and someone in a orange semi waves at you, it would be me. I retired from retail and now drive over the road for Schneider Trucking. When I stop at rest areas and see someone with a Montana, I inform them of the MOC web site. I talked to 2 different owners today. One has had 3 Montanas over the years and did not even know about the site.
So, please do not think that I am weird waving. I just can not flash my head lights all the time. If I see a Montana broke down, I will do my best to come and help if I can.
My tractor number is 45262 for right now. I will be getting a new tractor in a few days. Not sure what the number of that tractor will be.
Drive safe and look for the waving schneider (pumpkin) man.

Richard

You don't sound weird to me! You sound like a very caring, considerate person and... what else would we expect from a Montana owner?

If we had a "referral" program in place where new members told of how or who referred them to the MOC... I think you would be a top contender!

Glad your're aboard.

Richard;
So sorry we missed seeing you while we in your area in March.
Maybe we will see you on the road sometime. We were more aware of the Schneider trucks
on our return trip home, tho. Safe travels.

Well, I am no longer driving an orange truck. I got a new truck and it is a white truck. The numbers on the truck are 56161. There are 2 of us in the truck. His name is Ralph. If you see us, come and say "hi" to us. I will continue to spread the word of MOC to people I see at rest areas and truck stops.

I have seen new white Schneider trucks pulling orange trailers lately. Instead of pumpkin, do we now have dreamsicles?????

Heck, why would I get mad.If I was good with puter, I would post that picture on the pumpkin.com for us drivers. I sure like the humor I see on this web site. My wife had to tell me what a "dreamcicle" was. (me slow) You can say that we are happy to have a white tractor instead of all orange. Next one we will shot for black with orange letters. Later, Richard
