Good Sam Road Assistance

I've read some negatives regarding Good Sam but here's the other side of the story. Our truck would not start at Pine Grove in Greenwood, Ne. Called in late yesterday and had a very pleasant conversation with the rep. All info was collected with a couple of phone calls to gather more info. Bottom line a tow truck was dispatched this morning to tow truck to dealer. All arrangements with dealer were made by Good Sam. More return calls from GS than I can remember. Additionally I received email verification of all info. Great service at a great price.

we have needed Good Sam three times over the years. I have been extremely impressed with response time and the communication. No complaints here!

Good Sam Travel Assist is fantastic. This was our experience..

We lost our brake in New York state and was at a loss of where to go for service. We were able to make it to the campground but didn't know where it could get fixed. Tried a few places that the campground recommended but they were all too busy to help.

One phone call to Good Sam and they made arrangements for the tow and found a place that would fix our 5th wheel. Once they found a place, they called us back for our approval. We wanted to check out the references before it was towed there. The place that fixed it was great!!! The tow came at 9 that morning, towed us an hour away and within 4 hours we were back at the campground.

I have to say that when you have this coverage you are not alone or feel stranded.

We have had about every road service there is over the years and used all of them. We have GS now and have used it. Coach net did pay the vendor with a bad credit card once.
