HI NASCARon - I am so sorry to hear about your trouble. When we purchased our's and doing the WALK THROUGH... The Tec EMPHASIZED making sure that the only time you used the flush king you also left the black tank drain open. That is the way I have done it every time and no problem, I am happy I listened to him.
