Leaking at flush connection for black water tank

When I use the blank tank flush connection, it inevitably leaks. I have inspected the washer and it looks good.

Anyone else had the same issue? Was the fix a replacement of the flush connection?

Add another washer fixed mine, I have 2 black tank flush connections, had to double both of them.

If that doesn't work, make sure it's not running back down the line from the backflow preventer. Some have replaced them and others of us have eliminated it altogether.
