Do you have to 12 CF RV Fridge? If so there are a few potential causes but one has been discussed quite a bit. You might search this forum for refrigerator fans. Bottom line is adding fans to help move more air through the cooling fins on the back of the fridge may be what you need. It seems to have solved the problem for us.
Here's one from the Keystone Forum
https://www.keystoneforums.com/forum...ht=fridge+fans
This may or may not be your issue but worth considering
Also, here is a video that shows an application. This guy wired the fans into the OEM Thermistor and disconnected the OEM fan, but you can also add a separate one just for the added fans and leave the OEM fan if it's actually working.
The key is to make sure that you are getting the maximum air flow through the fins, not just around them. Sometimes adding a baffle is necessary to direct the air correctly.

Many overload the fridge thereby restricting airflow these are not your S&B fridges.

Also many have reported doors not sealing properly. This thread may help:

mine has been as high as 52 to 45 . Tech said it could be thermistor in fridge. Just ordered a new one. Tried moving it to different positions but nothing.

That is frustrating. I
Ours is cold 34’ in morning and then raises to 40-44’ by afternoon. It also is very noisy. Seems to be working very hard.
Outdoor temps fluctuate between 85’ and 100’

That sounds exactly like how ours was acting. If the fridge is at 34 in the morning then you know it's working correctly. I would wager that you need to install the added fans to move the hot air from on top on the fridge as the day gets hotter. When they are in the slide it gets especially hot.
Buy a kit with the thermistor included, install them in the upper vent and it will likely help a lot.

Seems like a good hypothesis. I will look into adding the fans.

When I troubleshoot something I start with the least expensive/most likely solution. You can investigate this thing for weeks and still wonder. My money is on adding fans and a thermistor. Get large enough ones with adequate CFM to do the job.
