Squeaky landing gear

My 2006 329RLT Mountaineer's streetside landing gear is making a very loud squeaking noise during extension or retraction through a large range of extension. In part of its range it is silent.

Does anyone have a suggestion for handling this? I am in a campground for the remainder of the month and would like to do <something> to ensure it doesn't freeze up when I get ready to leave.

*IF* this is an electric driven mechanical old style front leg system, they are easy to repair. But you might try a quick fix of 90 weight gear lube. Pop the cap of the shaft and pour some in. Don't go too crazy as you then have mess at the bottom foot.
