We have a Yamaha 3000 inverter and love it. Very quiet wherever we go. So far it sits with heavy chains locked in the back of our truck. It runs our a/c or furnace just fine. More money up front but no plastic internal parts to break.

DH was thinking about trying to rig it in the compartment at the front of the 5th wheel with some kind of external high exhaust system but we haven’t finished thinking that thru yet.
