We have and use it a great deal. Like it more than the other two we have. Their new dock program allows you to add your own custom POI's. Our Magellan only allows selection of one custom POI at a time. The RVND will monitor all of them installed and alert you when in range, which is adjustable.
I update maps every month. Don't use Woodall much as we use Passport America and Gov land most of the time and have installed a POI's of all their parks,Passport and Gov.

They now have a sun shade available for the 7710 on the Rand McNally site, and a hard case for it.

POI loading,Load and install the docking program from McNally. There is a tab for custom POI's. It takes you to the POI factory (http://www.poi-factory.com/)there are instructions there on how to load and install POI's on the RVND 7710 there are a lot of POI files there.. note only CSV files will load.

I think you're really going to like it Tony. This is my first GPS so I don't have anything to compare it to, and I haven't figured it all out yet, but I like what I see. It has a LOT of features, and the screen size is really nice. Once you register it online, you'll be set up for the lifetime updates. I haven't even done the Woodall's yet - need to do that. Happy travels!
