windows in slide-out replaced

Just finished replacing the two windows on curbside slide (damaged in arkansas by large metal sign attached to large truck). Windows obtained through La Mesa RV in Albuquerque. They were great to work with! Keystone shipped the windows fairly quickly, but were shipped in same box separated only by a layer of bubble wrap. So they had some small areas where paint was rubbed off, small area of rubber seal damage, and a dent in one side of the frame about 1/16 inch deep. I used them as I was not going to have them ship two more in the same manner. So one black mark for lousey packaging! BUT, when I took the old windows out, the cutouts in the wall was perfection plus! Two attaboys to the factory for great work!! Now we have only the window in the door to go and it is supposed to come in next week, maybe... Almost back to normal. John

Glad to hear you're getting things back to normal. The windows and slideout cuts are supposed to be made by computer so they should be good. Although one of our slideout holes was cut too small and had to be redone.
