MOC'ers going to Escapee rally

How many MOC'rs are also Escapee's and going to the Escapee rally at the very same fairgrounds the MOC rally is. The EScapee rally is Sept 12 to 17th followed by the MOC rally a few days later.

We Rich and Helen will be there and Dave and Betsy (exnavydiver)
are also going.

We will be at the Elkhart KOA in Middlebury the 11th and Dave will be in to the Escapee rally the early day the 11th. We can have a mini rally within a rally.

We won't be at either rally as we have a church conference in Midland, MI we have to attend. However, we stopped in to the Elkhart County Fairgrounds yesterday and will be leaving tomorrow. We are attending the happy hours with the staff that's here which includes Bud and Cathy Carr. Great fun and people sure bring some awesome snacks to the happy hour!

At last years rally in Missouri we lost count of the Montana's that were there. We stopped counting at about 25..

Our good friends Bob and Molly Pinner are helping to put this rally on. They will be the Wagon Masters for the one in Gillette, Wyoming next year.. Stop by and say hi from us... They are super nice folks.

If you're not an SKP can you still attend some events at the rally? I'd like to learn more about SKP and will be in the area. Actually I'm planning to stay at that KOA on 10th and 11th anyway.

I'm having a Big Foot installed on the 13th in White Pigeon, right next door.

There is a day open to the public.

You do not have to be a skip to attend the rally. There are walk in passes every day. We will be in the KOA the 11th. Will be in one of the pull through sites.

The daily walk in price is 25.00

We are in the final stahes of hitting the road . Will pull out Sept 11 for the Escapee rally over nighting at the Elkhart KOA in Middlebury, In.

Our list of things we need and things that need fixed is complete. There are 4 days between rallies so will see the early MOC arrivals.

Been off line for three days and the mail box is jammed. We are in Beloit today. We will be around Elkhart tomorrow for the night then on down to Goshen on Saturday morning. Looking forward to getting my dishes back up and working so I can handle some of these emails...

We are at the Middlebury KOA. The place is nearly deserted maybe 15 units in the entire place. It is wet and rainy. Lot of rain on the way here. we do not like wet, rain, mud.Will head out to the rally in the Am. It is @ 15 mins away.

Rich, we are in the infield row C site 19, look for my flags and wind sock. We got a very nice light house stained glass door window for a hundred bucks, lots of goodies on sale here too. We will see you sometime tomorrow. The sun just came out WHOOO HOOOO!

Hummmm. there are more Montana's here at the Escapee rally than will be at the MOC rally. We have our work cut out for us..... The sun is out. We are on high ground.There are 100's of rv's here just had brunch with Dave and Besty at Grandma's.
