Didn't think about that, Ron. Good point on the size difference. Our plans (currently) are not to need any snow tires.

Nothing better than a gal driving a Duramax. =) Dave, tell her to enjoy the truck ~ before long she will be hooked and will never go back to a car or a gas vehicle. =)

Send a message via MSN to Parrothead
So Montana Sky is this your criteria for a wife? LOL Find the right girl and you can teach her to drive the Duramax.
Happy trails........................

Congrats, Dave (I mean Cheryl) on your new truck. We, too, went with the GMC - same as yours, except 1 ton.

I'm glad the bankers lost - as they should. BTW, are your credit scores rising?

Sue,
I thought about that, but if she already has her own Duramax I get a bonus. A beautiful gal and a 2nd Duramax in the garage! Could life get any better than that??? =)

You bet they are.

Bankers are just doing their job. I guess they can't afford to step out and take risks. Makes it really hard though for that kind of a personality to really achieve greatness...

There are just sometimes when you have to go with your heart, and when you know that you're doing the right thing. An individual can't be tied to numbers and to "if I can't see it, I don't believe it" all their life. There are times when one must "walk by Faith, not by sight".

I feel truly sad for those who can't do that, due to fear, or due to them listening to well meaning family and friends who don't want them to take risks.

That's what I like about this group. I don't think you can be an RVer and not be a little bit of a Dreamer and a risk taker. Intentionally heading off into the unknown is NOT what loan officers are paid for...

I would think that switch is hard just to turn off when they get home and start working on their own life.

(Sorry - off topic. Now off stump...)
