Brad I might just inquire about one and see what the cost would be.

Carol, you are right about Keystone not sending a part to its destination in another camper headed that way. We had to order a long, exterior piece as a replacement (don't ask) and it was shipped by freight. The shipping cost was over twice the cost of the part. OUCH!!!!

I have always liked sitting in a booth. When we go out to eat we usually hope to get a booth. We have the table and chairs in our Montana, has it pro's and con's. A matter of preference. Our grand daughter spends sometimes several weeks with us, so would be nice to have the booth for sleeping. You can move the table and chairs, especially if you have a person of size visiting and you need more support than having them sit over the slide where the table and chairs normally are. I am happy with our Montana. Love all that storage in those chairs. We have the sofa bed in the back window area and the 2 lazy boy chairs in the slide area.

My wife and I have another brand of 5th wheel, and are planning on upgrading to a Montana. We want to know opinions regarding the bench seat in the kitchen vrs the free standing dinette. We have the bench seat in our current 5th wheel, and are considering the table and chairs combination, for our new trailer. Our current favourite floor plans are the 3295RK or the 3650RK.
I am very happy I have joined this owners club web site, with the amount of information available here!

Sans it, had the Dinette in all our RV's and this Monty when we purchased it. We (the Mrs) removed it the first day it got to the house!! Purchased a K-Mart drop leaf w/4 chair set and have not looked back!!

MY table does not slide, and my chairs have no storeage. But I only have a Mountaineer 319BHD. I guess when you buy a lesser model you get what you pay for but they should let you know.

Hi Carol, So does Al hate me? FYI, I was working on my stuff to make the Monty "fit" me...when the Mrs was pulling out the old dinette. She was impressive...running my drill with screw driver adapter and the dinette was out in less than an hour! I tried the cheapest path for original table chairs, 4 bow-back chairs from stick house, and self built table by purchasing top and 4 legs from Lowes. Worked but just wasn't a "class act". One Sunday a KMart Flyer came in newspaper, and the Mrs said "Thats it...lets go look at it, only $99.00 on sale!". Well, ya know, the manly thing is not so strong as we get older...so am I wiser, naw, she is...so, checked it out, and it is nice, plus we can drop the leaves for two of us and maximize space but most of the time it stays round.

NAHHH, Al does not hate cha!!
Doubt we will be getting one right now, but, I gotta tell you, I REALLY like the way that looks. I try to never say never and to always keep the options open and my eyes open for options.
Would love to see your unit and table in person.
My thoughts were since we changed out the sofabedfromh*#l and replaced with a futon that the round table might work right nice. The futon is one or two inches wider than the sofabedfromh*#l was, and 1 or 2 inches makes it snug in there. Since I use the table as an extension of my desk, moving the table to the position of the recliner/chair is not an option.
Anyway, I thank you for the info, ya never know.
