Pop Up Electrical Outlet

2018 Montana 3921FB, my pop up electrical outlet by the dining table has become loose., I have searched to no avail as to how to access the bottom on the Pop Up Electrical Outlet so I may tighten the nut which secures to counter. Does anyone have suggestions or experience with how to access this pop up outlet?

We have the same pop up outlet, unfortunately the USB outlets failed and the pop up needed to be replaced. I replaced it myself and the only way to access it is to gently remove the rear side wooden panel which is nailed in place. The panel is fairly easy to remove, than you will be able to tighten the pop up outlet.
Knowing that there will come another time that I will need to remove that side panel, I secured it back in place using dark colored wood screws. It looks good and it will be easier to remove in the future.

Mine has done the same thing. Fortunately it is still under warranty, and is scheduled to go back to the dealer next week and this is on the list.
