This forum and its members are awesome, especially John Kohl. When I posted my converter confusion question, John responded with the info I needed and offered to install a spare that he had if I could swing by his way. This took place as I was preparing to leave on a trip to help my son and his family move and I'd be passing within an hour of Johns house. I would have had to postone my trip even though our son needs our help to watch his 3 little boys now. No dealer serv tec could have done as good a job as John. I feel blessed. Thanks, Ray and Janet
