Finally in the Shop

After waiting since May 24, our rig FINALLY went to shop today. WHEW!!!! Can not believe how long it took to get parts in. They say it will take about 2 weeks to complete the work. Then we hit the road again after this long summer of sitting in daughters driveway waiting for the dealer.

Needless to say we are glad to be finally getting the repairs, but really upset with the dealer. They will know that we will never do business with them again and would never recommend them.

Ours is in the shop and we finally got an OK from Keystone to do the repairs, so hopefully it will be repaired before we hit the road for Utah in a couple of weeks.

Do not believe these loooong service waits are called for...certainly no way to run a railroad.

If it is any consolation, when we were in Junction City, OR, having repairs done there was every type, make, model of RV (TT, 5er, MH, PU) awaiting some type of repair. I'm talking to the tune of over 50 of the different styles. We waited 3 days for repairs to be done, but that is because they could get the stock locally.
