New loveseat (finally)

Well we finally found the love seat we have been looking for. It will fit in front of the rear window and we can slide it back about 4" for travel and close the sliders. It does not have to be moved into the room a foot or more as the old recliners do. It's lighter than two recliners and the back just pulls up to remove if needed. And to top it all off there is room for a small table on each side, the one that came with the Montana and a sewing kit type table we use. Another good feature it's a wall hugger and needs to be 4" from the wall to recline. It's soft and will open and close with ease.

Before you ask it's a LazBoy, Simon
Style Number: 325, brown
Overall - Height: 39" Width: 66" Depth: 36.5"
Seat - Height: 20" Width: 46.5" Depth: 20.5"

You can go to lazboy.com, under "Enter a key work" put in "325" and take a look at it. When we purchased it there was only 2 colors, not sure if this is still true. The fabric feels and looks like a suede and the only problem is that it acts like a generator, you even get close to it and it will build up a static charge in you. The funny thing is if we both get up at the same time and hold hands,no shock. Very interesting.

It looks good. Something I may do in the future.
One problem is getting up at the same time holding hands. I'm afraid we would not both fit into the bathroom at the same time. :-)

Very nice Dick,

Our two recliners have also gone "bye bye" - we added one poang chair from Ikea, leaves lots of room and is very comfortable, and we don't have to move those heavy suckers every time we hitch up (YUK) - may add another. No pics yet.

I took the RV recliners into my stickbuilt and purchased two others, European style and a lot lighter. I would be interested in getting a loveseat no deeper that 31". I would like to put it in the rear of my rig, but the slide makes it tight. Anybody run across a website that could have this?

It looks beautiful!!
I went and took a look at Lazyboy.com and they have all sorts of colors available.
I am interested and will be checking it out further.

Laura, just an FYI, we purchased it on sale for $695.00 and sold our old recliners for $450.00 so it only cost us $245.00. Pretty good deal.

Really interested in replacing our recliners but we have moved them to the side, put the sofa in the back in front of the big window. If there is enough room there, how did you get it in the rig? Does it come apart to get thru the door?

The first post of this thread gives the dimension so you can see if it will fit for you. As far as getting it into the RV, it's no problem as the two backs just pull up and come off for an easy move. We plan to move the furniture around one of these days. I guess when we get tired of this set up we will change it around.

Thanks! Since the backs come off, should be no problem!

Looks great. This is something I want to do also. We've been looking at the lazyboy loveseat recliner and now you have given us a place to start.
