The oven

Have been having trouvblr with the oven in our new 2955. At first it would not ignite properly when the oven called for heatand made some terible noises. Sounded more like a wter heater. The dealer replaced the valve and said the noise would be cured with just an air adjustment.
It ignites properly now, but after it gets warm and calls for heat again to maintain the temps it sounds like a minuture jet engine more than an oven. Any suggestions?
