Orv,
Glad to hear you are doing well. They sure don't keep you in hospital very long any more. Good luck with the PT. Hope you will be back on the road soon!!

Have been working hard in rehab because I know what to expect since I've been through it before. I wasn't quite ready for the amount of pain with this one but since they were repairing a previous replacement, there was quite a bit more work to do. They had to shorten the ligaments on the outside of the knee as well as some other "stuff" that I don't know how to describe.

I get the staples out Monday, September 24th, two weeks from the day of the surgery. I counted the staples yesterday; there are either 36 or 38, I'm not sure which because I couldn't see the bottom of the incision. Looks like the surgeons did a great job and I'm looking for a better than normal recovery.

More info as I progress.

Thanks for all the encouragement from you, my Montana family.

Orv
