Hello everyone,

We are both new to Montana as well as RV's, in general. We purchased our first RV - 2019 Montana HC 331RL - a couple of weeks ago. We're living in it full time, for now. We purchased some land in central Tennessee and are starting a small farm, so the RV will be our home while we get things up and running. Hopefully we'll be in a house within a year and will be using the RV as a place for folks to stay while visiting the farm (agri-tourism kind of thing).

We're certainly getting a crash course in 'winter living'. It was 26 when we got up this morning and supposed to be 21 tonight. Hurrah for filling up propane tanks every week!

Happy to be here... apologies in advance for stupid/obvious/"seriously dude" questions.

Welcome to the forum.

Get that thing skirted/underpinned and insulated asap. I would also have a 120/100 gallon propane tank installed. This will improve your winter living experience ten fold.

Welcome to MOC. Hope you enjoy your new farm. I’m a country boy. I’ve lived on the same farm for 72 years.

Welcome to the forum! Our residential propane tank is a wonderful thing when the weather gets cold.
