MOC LED Order on 5/15 (Closed)

It has been our pleasure to provide an affordable avenue for LED's for our Monty's. We are opening it up once more due to requests from members.

We'll keep the order date open for a couple of weeks so that we can meet manufacturer minimums.

If anyone would like a price list, please email us at rvtravlr@gmail.com and we will respond with it.

Thanks all!

Will get a total count needed to 100% LED. The first order was a great upgrade to our lighting.
Thanks,
Les & Amanda

Got the 120 volt bulbs for the ceiling fan light today. Will install them tomorrow. Thanks for your help, we really like them.
What about a 120 volt replacement for the two bulbs in the microwave? They look like a medium base short appliance bulb.

Just tell me this is not going to be your last order. We are going to look at a Monty in a few weeks and I would love to change out the bulbs throughout for LEDs for the boondocking.

Is the pricing the same as the last order, or should I get a new brochure?

I don't think the LEDs will work in the microwave. Incandescents work best in the hot environments, and I suspect the electronics in the LEDs wouldn't stand up to the heat, and maybe the microwaves.

Michael it sounds like you've come up with LEDs for the incandescents in the ceiling fan so I will need a set of them and would like to find LEDs for the incandescents above the medicine cabinet. We have three round globe bulbes in there now so if there is a replacement for them I would need those also. Email me and let me know availability of either and the prices. Thanks Michael, the previous two orders have worked out great!

4/27/12 Michael emailing you!

If the base for the bathroom fixture is an E27 (normal base), we had the manufacturer take an E27 base and mate it with the candelabra bulb we asked to have made.

Michael and Kat,
Just wanted to say "Thanks" for doing this. As you know, the last order you placed, I ordered approx 44 LEDs, received them as promised. All I can say is AWESOME. We love them. Incandescent bulbs get so hot to the touch and use so much energy. These really make a huge difference when trying to conserve energy running on the batteries. I just placed another order to change out the few remaining "DC" bulbs and also the AC bulbs now that I'm using an Inverter. This is probably the best Mod I've done to the rig.

Thanks again,
Tim

If Michael has one that will fit, I will try it and be the guinea pig. If it doesn't work I will save the incandescents and reinstall them. We like to use the microwave lights as the night lights if possible. No problem when on camp power but when on inverter it is.

For those of you who are interested in getting in on this order, we will be keeping it open for about 2 weeks (5/15) so that we can get to the manufacturer minimums. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email us.

Thanks,

Dear Michael and Kat, Just a quick note to say a big THANK YOU for the
lights. We just spent a week on the California Central Coast at Lake San
Antonio. It was our first time out with the new lights. I have always
loved our 2010 3455....but have been less than happy with how dark the
interior has been. We didn't have a choice when ordering....long story.
Anyway, with the new lights, I actually like the interior!!! Thanks again
for the lights. Safe travels!! Marilyn and Ken Brenk

Due to the low turnout for this order, it appears that everyone who wanted LED's has already purchased them, so this will probably be our last order for some time. If you have been thinking about getting some LED's then this would be the time to get in.
