Outside kitchen sink

I learned something on our week long trip to Jekyll. The outside kitchen sink doesn't drain into any of the holding tanks. I had assumed that it went into the back black tank. I had also been trying to figure out why there was so much water coming out when I removed the cap on the rear sewer hookup. There is an 1-1/2" line coming into the sewer line within a foot of the cap and that is the sink drain. I had already bought some of the twist on bayonet valves so that takes care of the rush of water when removing the cap.
