EDITED 3/24/11: Blame it on a brain freeze or old age, but I erred when I said Keystone offered only $700 for removing all the old graphics and then putting on all the new ones. It was
7 hours of labor they agreed to pay for (not $700 worth of labor).
First, we were told all the labor would be covered. A day later, we were told no, only 7 hours would be covered. I have no idea how long it takes to strip, clean off adhesive, and reapply new graphics, but I bet it takes a heck of a lot longer than 7 hours, which means we'll be picking up a fairly hefty bill for the balance of the cost. The more I thought about it, the more I decided that I liked the first offer best! I'm having a conversation again with Keystone, and thanks, Cindy, (at Bishs RV in Idaho Falls) for helping me by sending all the documentation to Keystone. Maybe I'll be lucky, maybe not. But at least I will have tried, again. Keystone has been great to work with in the past, so we're hoping they'll come through for us on this situation.

ORIGINAL POST: I'm impressed, too. Last year we also sent photos of our cracked and peeling decals (all of them, all sides of Monty) to Keystone. The company is replacing the graphics but will allow only $700 for the labor. We have to pick up the rest of it. Bummer. Our graphics started peeling within 2 years of buying the rig (new). Every graphic is either peeling or cracked or both. We're taking the rig to our dealer on the 25th to have the work done.
