Many states require RV's to have 3 reflective safety triangles and even if not required, it is good to have them.
You will also need some type of sewer hose support.

Good point, Don.

One thing I see a lot is people lay their connected sewer hose on concrete or asphalt or rock. When you dump, the hose shimmies (watch it) which causes it to eventually rub pinholes in the hose where the metal coil touches the vinyl. I remember once while dumping seeing a whole slew of holes suddenly start spurting water. Fortunately it was gray water. So now I never let a working sewer hose lay on any hard surface. Grass, ok. Maybe even dirt if there are no rocks. But not a hard surface.

If I stored our trailer in a remote area or a storage facility I would. Otherwise no.

King Pin Lock:

Yes I do. I use it when the Rig is in storage and the rest of the time it is used to lock the hitch when towing. When on the hitch it is also how I secure the break away line to the truck.
