12 volt question
after camping all week hooked up to a 30 amp outlet with no problems i hooked up the trailer to leave and went to dump nothing in the trailer that ran on 12 volt worked. No lights, no water tank gauges and no pump. The battery was fully charged and was hooked to the truck. Any Ideas? thanks

Battery disconnect? Maybe a main circuit breaker on the 12 volts
Get the voltage meter out...

Is your battery disconnect switch in the "ON" position?

Sounds like the landing gear worked because you were able to go to the dump station. The other stuff will not work if the battery disconnect switch is off but the landing gear will.
That's my vote too.

Sounds like Battery Disconnect is off. Slides and landing gear will work, since the have there own breaker before the disconnect.

That was it. Stupid me thought that battery Disconnect off meant that it was connected. Thanks

I have to agree the labeling is a bit confusing on some of those things including the one that got you. The water heater bypass is the other one. It would be nice if instead of "On" and "Off" it says "Bypassed" and "Connected" or something to that effect. Maybe "Bypassed" and "WH Inline" for the water heater.
Keystone, if you're reading this, how about a label on the body above the dump valve handle for the galley tank???? This has to be the single most asked question on this forum. Dealers don't know and don't tell the new owners about this and they end up with water backed up into the sink and no idea how to get rid of it. Just a little label would do it, maybe like the one about tightening lug nuts. Please?!
