Faulty axle on New 3000RK

After taking in our new 3000RK for needed repairs before 1 yr expires, we found out the front axle will be replaced plus will get 2 new tires. The front left was wearing on the outside after our 10,000 mile trip this summer. Our dealer informed us that Keystone was doing a "goodwill jesture" by replacing the axle and tires. I thought everything was covered during the first year. They suggested without seeing the trailer that it was a breaking issue; my brake controller was set too tight. I am thankful they are going to replace the axle AND 2 tires. RV Corral in Eugene Oregon has been good so far.

Just to add more experiences to your post, my 2011 3150RL came straight from the factory with no camber in the rear axle ... wore the first tread on the inside edge of both rear tires within about 1000 miles. Keystone is reviewing my claim as alignments are not normally covered so I've been advised ... $300 to have both axles done. I wished they would just come with 7000# axles as the 6000# axles are just the bare minimum of what needs be.

Guess I'm lucky they are going to replace the axle and 2 new tires. Hope they don't change their mind. It is still within the first year of ownership.

After we picked up our Monty in September I sent a photo of the label on the axle to Dexter and their reply indicated that it was 7000#.
