Jim, you got the physical dimensions down but need to bring the filesize down a bit. This one is about 84k. Guidelines are 60k when possible, 90k when not. Or something like that. Whatever you are using there should be a quality setting. That makes a big difference on filesize. For most pictures on this forum I use 50% quality. If that happens to look bad I'll use a bit better quality. Holler (email or call) if I can help.

...and to add to Steve's post - with Irfanview, when you go to save the file, a box on the right side shows up with a slider. That's where you dial it back down a touch. You can save it a couple times with different names to see how the size changes.
