How do you put the "where I've been" map on.

I would like to put the map of the US and CAn in my text. How do I do it. I have searched every inch of this forum!

Is it in the form of an image file?
If so, you will need to upload it to a free photo server (such as photobucket), then copy the path to that image, go to your sig here at the forums, put in the img tag ([*img][*/img]minus the *), and paste it inbetween those tags.
Does that make sense to you?

We're off for the weekend, so if I don't stick around, I'm not being rude...I'm sure someone will be around to walk you through it.

Well, I managed to get the USA map in my pictures on my profile page. Now if I can just figure out how to move the USA and CAN from Photobucket I'll be all set.

Copy this into your signature block, then delete each *. The * is necessary so it will show up in this post.

The img tags are what make it show as a picture in your signature or post instead of a link.

Go back to Visited Maps and select a smaller size and start all over again.

Even though I've traveled to almost every state in the Union and most of Canada, I have decided to color only those we have visited since we got our Montana in March of 06. Maybe someday I'll get to go back and see the other states and providences again in the Montana.

Thanks Glenn for your help, you too Steve.

Salle, different people do it diferent ways. We also only do those since we started fulltiming and only those where we've stayed overnight in the Montana. Others color those they've towed into. It's your choice.

I've decided to color in all the states and providences I have been in. Three trips accross the US and a trip to Alaska by way of Canada and then going to NOva Scotia and Prince Edward Island was a lot of traveling. Like the song, "I've been everywhere". But I still want to go again sometime.
