Crownvilla RV Resort

I just got a brochure from Crownvilla in the mail today. They are going to be open for the 2007 season!!! Thought I would pass this along.

Whoa, Nice Park, A little spendy, I think. Would this be considered a "High End" CG?

pparamore you are correct. But Darn well worth it. All of us that have stayed there were just sick when we found out that they were bought out. I've stayed in some KOA's that cost as much as this one.

I guess there are different strokes for different folks. Though I found Crown Villa a nice place to stay, they were overpriced and we could hear a train all night long not that far away. We enjoy the state parks here in Oregon, and we prefer staying a little bit south in La Pine State Park.

We loved Crown Villa and stayed an extra night. It is worth it just to see it and all the amenities. It is unlike any we have ever seen.
Happy trails.....................

We just got off the phone and made a one week reservation for August 2007. We will be in the area visiting family after being away for 12 years. We initially heard of this resort via comments from the MOC. Won't be shy about sharing after our experience. Hopefully they will decide to leave a portion of their grounds for an RV Resort. Will let you know as soon as we hear anything, or next summer "live."

We received the brochure in the mail today announcing they would be opened for the 2007 season. In the brochure were ads for Beaver Coach Sales and Bend Service Center. I wonder if there is a financial connection?
Happy trails.....................

Sue,
You bet there is! If you buy a Beaver Class A you get a free two weeks stay at Crownvilla. At least it was that way last year while I was there. And yes I looked at the 45' quad slide Marquis...

That is such an excellent place to stay if you plan on going to the National Good Sam Rally. It is close to Redmond where the rally is being held again this summer.

Wow - what a beautiful rv site. It's definately on our list of 'must visits'. We are working our way toward fulltiming sometime during the next year. Can't wait!
