They are called D rings , and are usually available at any trailer supply, and are around 3 bucks each for the small ones. Good Luck. Scott

The part that attaches to the floor is called a footman's loop that was the part we were asking about and we got them at Strapman's link provided in previous response. Thanks for all your help, will advise when they arrive and are used in this new application.
