Dish Satellite Antenna Question

This question is for the folks that use Dish Network 1000.2 manual dish to receive their TV signal. Is this primarily for folks that stay in a spot for longer periods or does it work well for those that move regularly? Can you have it up and running in 15 minutes when you set up at a new campsite?

I am currently using a Tailgater that works well unless I am in a heavily treed area where a long cable run might get a clear line of site to satellites. I am also considering adding an X2 that gives the option of east or west satellites plus would give me 2 TVs at the same time without requiring both channels to be on the same satellite.
