It is likely the gearbox if it still moves in, I just replaced mine a month ago. It did exactly the same thing. I can get you the part number if you want, not a big job to change if you are handy with some mechanical background.
If not I suggest taking it to a dealer, in the interim you can push it out while someone pushes the out button. We did this while awaiting the gearbox.
When I took it all apart I did discover a cable that had jumped to another other roller which put extra strain on it and likely took the gear box out.
