Who best to get insurance with?

Who is the best to get road insurance with, Coach-Net or Good Sam?
Cost and reasons?

As one of the advertisements post you need to shop around. This post will let you know my feeling about Good Sam ERS no mater what insurance you get.

You will get nothing but disagreement on this question. People like what they have or they would change. Prices are comparable. Coverages are the essentially same. Having said that, I have used Coach-Net for over five years. I have had several claims with them. All of them were handled as advertised along with courtesy and follow up. I have had my truck towed, my rig towed, several flats changed plus advice given when it did not require a tow. They have also agreed to pay beyond their published limit because it was required to get me to the nearest repair facility.

Some folks like Good Sam, others like AAA, then some like Camping World service. Read your agreement and look at the limits and exclusions.

On many different forums many good things are said about Coach-Net and Good Sam you should be fine with either one you choose.

We have been with Good Sam for more than the 12 years we have been full-timing- Have always received services as advertised in a timely manner- My only "bad" experience was my wife's fault- She took photos of my beloved Ford in tow by a chevvy- That was painful! JMHO- Don

I have no idea which is better but we've been very happy with Good Sam for somewhere between 10 and 15 years now. I like that they understand what it takes to tow a fifthwheel and that if the truck breaks down they need to send either two trucks or one big enough to handle the whole rig. And they always followed up with us to make sure we were taken care of to our satisfaction. I have no experience with CoachNet so can't comment on them.
