ac & fuse box

My AC quit blowing cool air and before I called an AC repairman I checked the fuse box in the bathroom to make sure that a fuse was not blown or tripped. When I opened the 12volt section of the box, I found that no fuses were blown but it looked like something burned inside the box on the left side by the 30amp fuses. There appeared to be no problem with any fuse but the burn place really concerns me. Does anyone have any ideas what caused this?

You need to disconnect your shore power and your battery and pull that panel. May be a loose wire shorting out on the back side. Many MOCers have had loose wires back there.

I agree with Dave, and please do not wait. If it is indeed a power wire shorting against the metal you could be at serious risk.

I agree with the other post about loose wires. I soldered the ends of all wires that went into the fuse box before retighting them back up.
