One nice thing is when someone pulls infront of you and you lay on that airhorn...

I do not have them on my truck although I have had a few times when I sure wish I did.

Zteg,
Here is a copy of my post on them, I love the horns, they have saved my 'Bacon' a few times.
Any question, please do not hesitate to ask.
Welcome to the Forum!
Ozz
I mounted them up under the truck, I have the air tank, Viair 450C compressor and an air line running to the rear of the truck, I will install a larger air tank, may not need it, but the Viair is a Hoss, 100% duty cycle. I installed a small Ball valve to isolate the rear air line from the air horn.
Installed them after the first trip through Texas, NOW people see me, (or hear me) when merging into my lane. My button is a foot actuated one, so I can keep my hands on the wheel.
I even mounted Sue another button for her to use if she wants to get someones attention. I think they are around 130 DB.
The last picture shows the air chuck at the back of the truck, that cable hanging down is my rear camera connection for the Monte. I have weather caps I keep on the chuck and the cable connector.

Ozz,
Thanks for the reply, welcome and info. I have an 06 250. I will work on the older 50's 60's but hesitate doing an intstall on the new stuff. Think I would be more comfortable having it done. Is the brand you have the only available. Where else would horn be mounted beside underneath. No external mount????? Any recommendations. Seem to recollect campingNo world with product available or I have a source for Truck parts only. Not sure of cost.

I understand, the reason I mounted it under the truck, is that I didn't like other options. The Hadley horn set just bolted directly to the frame, no holes drilled at all. I made a small adapter to swivel the horn set down.
I got it at J.C. Whitney, I think C.W. has them as well.

My boss has a set of Hadleys mounted under his F350 dually. Pretty much the same as Ozz's setup. I would like to add a set to my truck also but I want to get a set of Grover StutterTones. They are the horns used on firetrucks. I will probably mount them under my truck and add a larger tank for on board air.
