Dometic Fridge recall

I see where there is a recall on the Dometic fridge. I also found a number to call. Do they just send a part, or is the recall for installation of that part also...free of charge. I bought my unit..a 3670 Rl 2003 used and don't know if it's been done or not. Thanks!
