Solar power for RV frig

We will be getting a 3120 with solar power.
I understand that four of the 110volt outlets can receive power from the solar inverter. One of the outlets is the refrigerator
My question.
What is the flow chart regarding the powering of the frig?
When solar is active I assume the solar charges the batteries and the batteries input to the inverted which powers the frig.
So is a thunderstorm happens, stopping the generation of solar power, what does the frig do? Does it continue to draw from the batteries or does it use the propane (which is my preference)

The inverter will continue to draw from the batteries until they run down. The electric side of an RV reefer draws more current than a residential. If you do not have shore power or a generator, I would run your reefer on propane.
