36 ft 5th wheel hitch with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 10. A/C 4 slides with awning over the slides. Kitchen has a double door fridge, microwave, and gas stove. Double sink. Everything in excellent condition. Fridge easily moves from electric to propane. A lot of storage everything you need can go. Table and couch area are a slide. Outdoor kitchen 2 burner cook top and sink area with a hock up for a water hose, hot and cold water. 12 gal water heater.
The master has a queen bed, is a slide, double door closet, dresser and storage closet that has Washer /dryer plumbing prep if you would chose to put one in. The TV can be taken out side and plugged into the system for movie nights outside. The shower can be used as a tub for little ones, sink area and a private door to the toilet room. A divider can be pulled across to separate the shower area from the bedroom.
The back bedroom has 2 slides, 2 bunks one on either side and 2 davenport couches on the bottom. The davenports have a side table on one end so with a foamy added works perfect for adults or teens. The Closet had mirrors on both sides and dressers. This room has 6 windows for lots of ventilation and light as well as an overhead vent. TV include with storage under it. There is a door in the bathroom leading to the second bathroom great for privacy.
Second bathroom has an entrance from the kitchen and the bedroom. Toilet and sink with vent/fan
