Smokey and the Bandit - well almost

Ann received word that her brother was back in the hospital. We were in NY and left Wed 300 miles to PA house. Our daughter meet us there and Thursday morning we left for Dothan, Al. Tammy was in her car chasing the Montana. We did 450 miles to Charolette, NC and 450 today to Dothan. Boy I want her following me from now on. It is so nice to have a rear guard blocking traffic when I needed to move over a lane.

Prayers for your Brother-In-Law.

I can vouch for caravanning with someone who knows how "block and run interference". It's very frustrating when the follower doesn't have a clue. It makes all the difference in being able to make time and feel like the caravan is in tune especially for a reason such as this. The quicker and safer being able to get there the better.

Be safe and all the best to your B-I-L. Prayers!

Sorry about Ann's brother back in the hospital John. Please convey to Ann our thoughts and prayers for him.

I agree about having a "blocker" in back. When we return to Western NC each year Judy drives her car and it really helps with her back there. I suggested she follow me to all the rallies and trips and for some reason she declined!

John,
Prayers again for B-I-L.

We are in West Yellowstone, heading towards Texas. Drop on in, in August. (Ha! You would not stand the heat)

Good luck with Ann's brother. 450 miles a day is a lot of driving!
