Loaded the 07 Chevy Classic...
Put some weight behind the 2007 Chevy Classic today (Heavy Equipment). More weight than the 5er will ever be. Want say how weight but its close to what the F-450 is designed to tow. It was awesome the 360 horses and the 650 lbs torkque was kicking the earth. Very impressed, I now know what GM says when they are talking about the most powerful truck on earth.... It has the WOW factor. Going to take the 5er out for a short trip Wed. Spend some time with the Grandkids. The Contractor started our house today and it will be dusty here for a few days. Good excuse to go some place. GBY...

Everybody has his own opinion. I have owned 2 duramax trucks and went back to cummins. The only edge GM has is the allison. As for the most powerful truck, this my be true stock. Let's get 100k on the engine and see how it performs.

richard66, Good choice, however thats our opinion, and after owning 5 Duramax/Allisons we would never go for a RAM. But the Cummins is a excellent power system. But Dodge just doesn't have a good resale, and the ride just doesn't come close to a GM Truck. Dodge is still building a old truck suspension. Remember this is just a opinion. GBY...
I also would never put a (Gadget) on my truck to get more HP. The Duramax just doesn't need it.

Lindy,
I am busy making lemonade, but am still kicking... Sounds like construction is starting to move full steam ahead, enjoy the trip to see your grandkids.
