Looking for Wagon Masters for 2017

Just a reminder we're looking for Wagon Masters for the 2017 Northeast Rally. If you know of a good campground in your area there are lots of people ready and willing to help you host a rally.

Looking at campgrounds today. My schedule will not allow me to camp in the month of June. I am looking at July 12 thru the 19th. Is this going to be a problem to move the rally to July?

That date conflicts with the Central Plains Rally - don't know if that could be an issue with some see http://montanaadministrator.forumco.....asp?CAT_ID=17 for other rally time frames.

Visited 5 campgrounds today. 3 are looking good. I have some details to work out. The biggest issue is going to be locking down the dates. I have to play Army June 9th thru the 24th, so June is pretty much out. Could do June 28th thru July 5th, but I figured people may have plans 4th of July, and travelling on the 5th may be crowded. July 12 thru the 19 works best with my schedule, but if this is not acceptable, I will relieve myself as wagon master and let someone with more flexibility take over.

I always thought the wagon master kinda picked the dates that was convient for them because they are the ones doing a lot of organizing and work and works for the area of the ralley. That being said you hope it works for others as well and though it won't for some it usually does for many. Thank you for working on it. it could be a possibilty for for us depending on where unless we missed the location you are thinking about.

Blocking out about 20 sites at the Mystic KOA in North Stonington Connecticut for July 12th thru the 19th. Once I have the block of sites, I will start a new thread with registration information.
