leaking outside shower faucet

I was de-winterizing today and found a slight leak from the outside shower faucet assembly. I tried to fix but still had a rapid drip. I removed the thing and capped the lines. All OK now but I have to replace the assembly. Is this a standard item or special from Keystone? BTW it is on our 2007 3295 fifth wheel.

This is the unit with the coiled hose that snaps into the faucet like an air hose.
