CB radios ??

You folks that are on the road frequently, I was wondering how many are using CB's as you travel. Do you find them necessary, nice to have or not needed. We haven't had the chance to travel alot since purchasing the Montana, but hope to do more soon. Considering putting a CB in the truck, but don't know if it is really worth the $$$ and effort. If I put one in, do I need just the standard AM unit or the AM/SSB. Thanks for input.
